Shipping policy

At Irish Fairy Tails, we want your order to reach you as quickly and safely as possible. We use trusted couriers and postal services, and all orders are sent with tracking.

(*Please note orders placed between June 24th & July 8th will be dispatched on July 9th as we will be on our annual holidays!)

Delivery Costs

  • Island of Ireland – €8 tracked courier delivery (FREE on orders over €75).

  • UK – €14 tracked courier delivery (Custom charges may apply. These fees are outside our control and vary by country. Please contact your local customs office for more information).

  • Europe Zone 1 (France, Germany, Belgium, Luxemburg, Netherlands) - €20 with An Post, insured and tracked.

  • Rest of Europe – €30 with An Post, insured and tracked.

  • Rest of World – Approximately €50 but please contact us for a quote, as costs depend on your location and the size/weight of your parcel.

  • USA – Approximately €50 but please contact us for a quote, as costs depend on your location and the size/weight of your parcel. Any import duty/customs charges/tariffs due are not the reponsibility of Irish Fairy Tails Ltd. and must be paid by the customeron receipt of package.

  • Please note the currency will default to the shipping address (not billing address) to ensure tax compliance.

Customs & Import Duties

If your order is travelling outside of the EU, customs or import duties may apply once it reaches your country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer. Customs policies differ from country to country and may also delay delivery times.

Additional Information

Our parcels typically weigh under 2kg. Standard international shipping rates are based on this weight. If your order is significantly heavier, we reserve the right to contact you regarding additional shipping charges depending on your region.
