Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship across Ireland and internationally (excluding the USA at
present). Shipping is €8 within Ireland (free on orders over €75), €14 for the
UK, and €30 for Europe. Please contact us directly for Worldwide rates.
Delivery times may vary depending on location, but we’ll keep you updated with
tracking once your order is on the way. You can view our shipping policy here.

Can I order an additional tail without a book?

Tails are not sold separately, but you can add extra matching tails as a one-time offer when ordering a set. These
“sibling sets” mean one storybook and two or more tails, so more children can
play together.

Note: Tails must match the set purchased (Mermaid with Mermaid; Dragon with Dragon). Unisex
fit.

Can I send a gift directly to someone else?

Absolutely! You can send a gift straight to the recipient, and we’ll make sure your
gift is packaged with care and sent straight to them.

  • Billing: Enter your name, address, and details.
  • Shipping: Enter the recipient’s name, address,
    and details.
  • Gift note: Add a personalised message at checkout and we’ll include it with the parcel.

How safe are your products?

Our tails are crafted from inherently
flame-retardant leather, designed to be worn over everyday clothes. They have
been tested to CE and UKCA standards. They are intended for play (not sleepwear) and should be used with adult supervision. Not suitable for under 36 months.
What makes your sets ASD-friendly?

We know sensory comfort is key. Our tails are soft, worn over clothing so they don’t touch the skin, and designed without itchy
seams or restrictive fastenings, making them ideal for children with sensory
sensitivities.
Do you offer school or créche discounts?

Yes — we support pre-schools, crèches, and schools with bulk orders. Email us with your needs and we’ll provide a tailored quote.
What size/age do the tails fit?

Our tails are unisex and adjustable,
designed to slip over everyday clothes and fit a wide range of children. The elastic,
velcro adjustable waistband can adjust between 52cm and 90cm.
How do I wash the tail?

Tails are wipe-clean only. Use a damp
cloth and mild soap if needed, then air dry. Please do not machine wash, tumble
dry, iron, or bleach.
Are the tails suitable for outdoor play?

They’re great for indoor play and light
outdoor adventures. Avoid rough or abrasive surfaces and do not use in water.
(They’re not flotation devices.)
