We hope you love your Irish Fairy Tails order, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns

We offer a 14-day returns policy from the date you receive your order.

Items must be returned unworn, unused and undamaged, with tags and in their original packaging.

Please include your receipt or packing slip with the return.

To start a return, email us at info@irishfairytails.com with your order number.
Please note:

We cannot refund shipping charges, duties, or taxes.

Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty.

Sale items cannot be returned.

Exchanges are not possible, if you’d like a different item, please place a new order.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item is faulty or damaged, please email info@irishfairytails.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a description/picture of the fault. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
International Returns
If you are returning from outside the EU, customs charges may apply. These fees are out of our control, and we cannot be held responsible for them.
Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days of receipt of the returned parcel.

Approved refunds will be made to your original payment method.

Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Order Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason. In such cases, all funds will be refunded in full.
Your Right to Cancel (EU Customers)
If your order is being delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, without needing to give a reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days, and then return the items in their original condition (unworn, unused, with tags and packaging) within a further 14 days. Once we receive the returned goods, we will process your refund, including the standard delivery charge you originally paid, within 14 days. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
